Members present:~ Deb Scanlon, JoAnn Doke,Cindy Snowdon, Ann Titus~~ Jeanette Colpitt & Joan Funk asked to be excused

Meeting called to order at 6:10 PM

Old Business:~
~~ 1.~Review of August minutes only just now received.~ Cindy moved to accept with Ann seconding- Motion passed.~ October minutes were accepted as well.
~~~ 2.~ Ribbon cuttings:~ JoAnn to schedule Pet Pantry Downtown Coffee- perhaps on a Saturday?
~~~ 3.~ Discussion followed on Dan Merhalski's letter informing us of recent survey results.~ Those present concurred with his findings
~
New Business:
~~~~1.~ More discussion on inviting businesses for a social perhaps asking a local restaurant to host while we would pay for the refreshments. (Coffee, light refreshments, not a dinner)~ Maybe that restaurant could hand-out menus with a coupon? ~ Will discuss this more in detail with more members present.~~ Also discussed maybe having some sort of prize with townspeople saving receipts from Farmington merchants- a~ticket for every receipt?~ Still needs more fine-tuning~ with entire committee.
